If you are still wondering why you are not creating what you want, this article will give you some insights and some ideas on how to change that.
Let’s start with the principles of manifestation. In order to manifest you should:
- Develop clarity of what you want.
- Visualize and connect with emotions to your desire.
- Have a strong belief that what you want is coming.
- Be able to let go and detach from the outcome.
So what are the obstacles to manifesting what you want?
1. Distracted Mind
The biggest reason why it is difficult to manifest is a lack of clarity about what you want. The mind, when not focused, can be very restless, jumping from one idea to another. And it’s hard to have clarity when there is a constant distraction!
If you want to manifest, all levels of being must be aligned and organized in one direction. When the mind is focused – your life and desires become one-pointed and you become clear about what you want. The moment you can control the inner world, you will be able to control the outer world.
The key to manifestation is to keep the mind focused and clear on what you want.
So now we know that people with great clarity and concentration can manifest easily. But how to develop focus and clarity when we are surrounded by a busy life?
Here are some tips on how to keep the mind focused:
- Repetition of what you want. Like a mantra, repeated affirmations are very powerful. Say it out loud each morning just after waking up and in the evening just before going to sleep. If you want to attract wealth and success listen to Sri Mantra Chant.
- Practice Single Pointed Meditation and concentration. Meditation and concentration techniques like Single Pointed Meditation trains the mind to stay focused and enhance concentration. Do the practice at least twice a day – morning and evening.
- Practice breathing and yoga asanas. It has been proven that breathing exercises improve mental clarity and focus. This is also enhanced by yoga asanas.
- Find your passion. The mind will be naturally focused on the subject that you are passionate about. So try your best to find your passion in life.
2. Lack of Faith
The second reason why it is difficult to manifest is lack of faith that our desires are coming.
Like a child, simple-minded and faithful have the power of manifestation! They ask, and they know without a doubt it is coming. There is no doubt and negativity in a pure and faithful mind.
Tips on how to develop child-like faith:
- Practice gratitude. The simple practice of gratitude is a very powerful tool to keep positive thoughts.
- Connect with nature. Delight in a ladybug crawling on a blade of grass or at the sight of a butterfly. See the beauty of Mother Nature. It will help you to stay positive and keep your mind childlike.
3. Expectation
Expectations create tension, fear, and an inability to let go. They are projections for the future. The moment we expect something to happen, we can not relax. We wait for our desires to manifest – so we are living in the future instead of the present moment! And if our desires are not manifested, we are disappointed!
Tips on how to let go of expectations:
- Become aware of expectations.
- Bring your attention to the process of manifestation instead of the outcome.
- Focus on the present moment – not the future.
All these tips above are great aids for manifesting what you want. I personally love this advice from my yoga master: Do your best and relax. Because you can easily have what you want when your preparation meets opportunity.
So let’s do our best, put 100% of our attention and skill into focusing on what we want, have child-like faith that is coming, and then let go, detach, relax, and allow the universe to take charge.
And this is when the magic happens!
