I’m Jola. Certified yoga teacher, meditator, and breathwork specialist — and a woman who knows firsthand what it feels like to be overwhelmed. For over 20 years, I’ve practiced and taught yoga. But it wasn’t the poses that changed my life. It was the moment I discovered that I could create a small pause between what was happening around me and how I responded to it.

That pause changed everything.

I know what it feels like to wake up already exhausted and reactive. To move through the day on edge. To feel like your reactions have a life of their own — like you have no choice in how you respond.

That feeling of having no choice — that’s what I wanted to change. Not just for myself. But for every woman who recognizes that feeling.

I created the YOLA Method™ and the tools at YolaYoga specifically for women who are tired of reacting and ready to respond differently.
