Many of us move through life reacting automatically. The goal here is simple: to help you create a small pause between a trigger and your response.

Why We React?

When we feel stressed or threatened, the nervous system shifts into survival mode. Reactions can happen quickly — often before we have time to think.

Learning to pause helps bring the body out of this reactive state and back into balance.
